1. How do I make a reservation??
In order to finalize your "vacation" please take the following steps:
  • Use the search engine to select the destination you are interested in visiting.
  • Once you have found the resort you wish to travel to, click on the "view availabilities" link to see the available travel dates and detailed information about the resort.
  • To select the travel dates you wish to travel, click on the "confirm" check box to add this week to your cart.
  • If you wish to put your selection on hold for 24 hours, you may do so by clicking the "hold" check box. .
  • Enter the e-mail address of where you wish to receive your confirmation and click on the "Submit" button. You will receive an automatic email notification of your holds and bookings.
  • 2. How do I gather information on which vacation weeks are available??
    The web site provides you with complete information about each property listed in our worldwide resort database and potential availability dates.
    3. How far in advance can I make my reservation??
    You may make your reservations up to a year in advance, and if available, you may make reservations to arrive at your destination property as few as 2 days prior to the check-in date. All of our properties are booked based on availability on a first come basis, so if you see a property you like you should immediately submit your reservation request to verify availability and confirm your reservation.
    4. What are the cancellation and refund policies??
    Once you purchase your vacation it is non-cancelable and non-refundable
    5. Do I have to stay the entire Week??
    This space is made available in one-week (seven Night) increments. That does not mean that you have to stay the entire seven nights. If the available week runs from Friday to Friday, you can check in on Saturday (Sunday or Monday), but you still have to check out the following Friday. If your plans do have your arriving late, it is recommended that you call the resort in advance to make late check-in arrangements. In addition, if you are unable to stay the entire period, you can also check-out early. However, if you check in late, or check out early, you still pay the same full price.
    6. Are there occupancy limits for the properties??
    Each property lists the occupancy (# of people a unit will accommodate) of each unit available.
    7. Are there any other additional charges??
    Typically transportation to and from the resort, room key deposits, and incidentals of a personal nature such as telephone calls, meals, food/beverages, daily housekeeping, any and all applicable taxes, gratuities, as well as for any and all fees posted by a resort for the use of amenities, services or utilities at such resort are NOT included in the price of your reservations. Additionally, if your resort is "All Inclusive" there will be an additional charge which is not included in your price of your reservation. See #11- "What does All-Inclusive mean" for more details on All-Inclusive Resorts. All charges not included in the price of your weekly rental shall be the sole responsibility of the traveler and must be paid for by the traveler in cash or by valid credit card directly to the property or supplier there of. Upon check-in you will be required to provide the property with a valid credit card.
    8. Are the resorts handicap accessible??
    Because needs vary greatly and resort facilities are all different, call the resort directly before you book your trip and describe your needs to them.
    9. Will I receive a confirmation notice??
    Yes, you will receive a confirmation via email after booking your vacation. You must bring this confirmation with you to the resort and present it upon check-in. Resort can deny your stay if you do not have confirmation. Only the traveler whose name appears on the Vacation Confirmation will be able to check-in.
    10. How old do you have to be to book a vacation??
    The person designated as the actual traveler must be at least 21 years or older as the resort may refuse access to the accommodations reserved.
    11. What does All-Inclusive mean??
    Some of the resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean are "All-Inclusive" resorts. That means the resort provides meals, beverages, entertainment, activities in addition to the accommodations. There is an additional charge for this mandatory feature. These rates aree set by the resort, quoted Per Room, Per Week and must be paid to the resort directly upon check-in.
    12. Do all units have a full kitchen??
    Full kitchens are not available in all units; some accommodations have a partial kitchen and if a hotel room is confirmed, there are no kitchen facilities. Be sure to check the amenities of the unit prior to finalizing your booking.
